In today's society, much time and energy has been invested, to ensure the protection of our children.

With this in mind, Laws have been introduced, Child Protection committees formed, and Social Work practices/policies have been tightened.

However, sometimes 'the system' fails.

This website has been created and dedicated to the many families who have had to face this 'system' head on.

A Child's Voice is the brain-child of Sandra, one woman who has had to take on the Scottish Child Welfare Legal System (SCWLS).
