The Legal Aid Board have a duty to protect tax
payers money, and also a duty to not put any child
at risk. Their reply is hollow and scant in addressing
why they do not question the role and suitability
of these reporters. They are paying £2000
+ each time, for undertaking the role independent
non bias reporter. One other thing I fail to understand
is if a plumber fixed my car and demonstrated
or promoted his self as the role of a mechanic
and put me at risk due to the task he was unable
to undertake, would he not be prosecuted? I think
this statement answers its self:

As you will see from this document every other
agency had to be registered / local authority.
Did nobody think to question why the people from
the bar (I think I would have stood a better chance
from someone from the public bar who may have
had some insight into what they were doing) were
not accredited to undertake this task? I am pretty
positive there is a long queue to join the list
(nothing dissimilar from ambulance chasers), and
your day is made if the sheriff picks your name
out the hat. Funded by the good old tax payer
all in the best interests of children
There is not one written guideline that I have
came across for these independent non- bias reporters,
even Parliament don’t have the answers.
But they are operating up and down Scotland every
day. (Not in my home, as far as I understand it,
it is unlawful entry and I stopped 3 more of these
people gaining entry in to my home and putting
me and my children at risk.) This is your individual
means tested funding allocated to these people
and you can prevent your child / family unit from
being put at risk (see guidelines section.)
The only documentation I have came across about
curators, as the court labels them, is document
below, but was informed these curators were different
from curators funded by above corrupt system.
The English Dictionary’s definition of a
curators is “a person in charge of a museum
or other collection”, well I did not want
to be a statue or my family unit to be part of
someone’s collection. I required ethical
lawful practices not be intimided or cajoled.
