Cathy Jamieson refused to meet with me and other family as she stated we may have indicated we may raise legal action against the Scottish executive.

Once again some one else committed to lip service. The child welfare commissioner knew this system was operating and had no power to stop it, so this nice slogan "keeping promises" does not ring true to me.

I will update people of the cost that the pursuer has been assisted by the tax payer to continue his action.

I will update people of the outcome of the data protection commissioner’s findings in to Reporter X ordered in to my home.

I will update any useful information that comes through in the discussion forum.

I will update people of the outcome of the police investigation.

All these people who state they are committed to children and do lip service sitting round tables, conferences, recommendations. Laws are meant to be in place to protect our most vulnerable members of society. I have never been exposed to such a sham. Law is a three letter word, child is five letters. I think the so called decision makers may benefit from going back to basics.
