On Monday morning at 9am, I telephoned the reporter,
witnessed by a companion, and put the telephone
on loud speaker. I asked the reporter if she had
gone to the pursuer’s home, and disclosed
everything I had told her, the information that
was meant to be exclusive to the court. She confirmed
to me that she had disclosed everything I had
told her. I was so upset, and asked her what right
she had to do that.
I informed her I had been on the radio. She immediately
wanted to come out and see me. I stated I never
wanted to see her again in my life, and that I
would be lodging a complaint to the court. She
had caused my children and I to be subjected to
more violence, abuse and harassment.
I wrote to the judicial appointments about the
actions of the floating sheriff appointing Reporter
X in to my home once again. The response below
was the beginning of door after door that would
shut, the ranks closed in.

Two days after this call, I received a letter
from the domestic abuse team of Fife Constabulary,
who then came out and visited me in my home. They
gave me a personal safety panic alarm, and informed
me that I would be placed on a three minute response
from the police. So here I was, put on a list
all because of forced and intimidated compliance
with a court officer. (The reporters role became
nil and void when she threatened her way in to
my home. This is now confirmed to me looking back
in hindsight and having been given correct legal
advice.)

I had another date to attend a child welfare hearing
at the end of April, and had written in to the
Sheriff allocated to my case, also with a copy
to the reporter. I stated that I did not want
her to continue with any involvement with my family.
Once again the court hearing was closed. The reporter
was instructed to continue her report, with no
regard to myself or my children’s safety.
This is where the path was just beginning of the
corruption and exploitation of my insights of
the Scottish Child Welfare Legal System.
This was my first personal visit to court, and
would be the first of many. My acting solicitor
was now not taking any instruction from me as
he had failed to inform me of his understanding
of the role of the reporter. I had nobody acting
for me, and solicitors in this region had closed
ranks on me because I continued with my believed
complaint of Miss X, the reporter, ordered into
my home.
I decided if that was the way it was, I would
just act for myself. I was not going to comply
with any more of these untrained, unqualified
people, and was threatened in court, if I did
not comply, or if I spoke to any more media, I
would be held in contempt of court. (This is how
the reporter gained unlawful entry into my home,
with the use of intimidation, and target results.)
