A letter was received from the Divisional Commander of Fife Constabulary, documenting the police's failings and shortcomings in dealing with the physical attack on me, by the pursuer, that took place in Dec '06 within the court premises. (This does not bode well, as my being labelled a process-abuser in the sheriff's judgement.) I am awaiting a meeting with the Chief Inspector of Fife Constabulary to see what resolve can be obtained.

Today, I spoke to a Mr Whitelaw, Operations Division of the Scottish Courts
S ervice Headquaters, to put in place my safety plan for attending court on 8/8/07, when I was attending a hearing, being the voice for my child. He stated that the Scottish Court Service did not have a duty of care to me. ( I am awaiting written confirmation back from the court to see what action will be put in place for my attandance on above date)
